1. Introduction¶

Packaging protects peptide quality from manufacturing through laboratory use. This guide describes RPL Peptide packaging standards.

2. Packaging Types¶

Primary packaging: Type I borosilicate glass vials Closure: Rubber stopper with aluminum flip-off seal Secondary: Foam insert tray inside cardboard box

3. Vials¶

4. Labels¶

Each label includes: - Product name - Batch/lot number - Quantity (mg) - Storage conditions - QR code linking to COA at https://rplpeptides.com - Safety warnings

5. Batch Numbers¶

Format: [Product Abbreviation]-[Year]-[Sequential Number] Example: BPC-2026-001 Each batch has a unique, traceable number.

6. Seals¶

Aluminum flip-off seal ensures tamper evidence. Rubber stopper maintains sterility. Inspect seal integrity before first use.

7. Secondary Packaging¶

Foam-insert or vacuum-formed trays Desiccant packets included Temperature indicator (for cold shipments) Cardboard outer box

8. Shipping Packaging¶

Insulated container Gel packs or dry ice Temperature data logger Outer cardboard box with labels

9. Packaging Inspection¶
