Quality documentation ensures every product is fully characterized and traceable. This guide explains the quality document system at RPL Peptide.
2. TDS (Technical Data Sheet)¶
Standard specifications and properties. Issued per product (not batch-specific). Available at https://rplpeptides.com.
3. COA (Certificate of Analysis)¶
Batch-specific test results. Each batch has a unique COA. Includes all analytical data.
4. SDS (Safety Data Sheet)¶
Available upon request. Contains handling, safety, and disposal information.
5. Specification¶
Defines acceptance criteria for each parameter. Reviewed and updated regularly.
6. Change Control¶
Any process change requires: - Documentation of change - Impact assessment - Approval before implementation
7. Revision¶
Documents have: - Unique ID - Version number - Revision history - Approval signatures
8. Audit Readiness¶
Quality documents organized for easy review. Complete chain from raw material to finished product.
