1. Introduction¶
Product specifications define the quality parameters that each batch must meet. This guide explains the standard specifications for RPL Peptide products.
2. Specification Overview¶

3. Appearance¶
Specification: White to off-white lyophilized powder Any yellowing, browning, or discoloration indicates possible degradation.
4. Purity¶
Measured by HPLC area % at 214 nm. ≥98% standard. Batches below spec are quarantined.
5. Identity¶
Confirmed by HPLC retention time + MS molecular weight. Both methods must pass.
6. Water¶
Karl Fischer method. <5% for standard products. Higher water content affects stability and concentration calculations.
7. Packaging¶
Type I borosilicate glass vials Rubber stopper with aluminum seal Labeled with product name, batch number, quantity, and QR code
8. Acceptance Criteria¶
All parameters must pass before batch release. Any failure triggers deviation investigation.
