Reconstitution Guide

Reconstitution Guide — Retatrutide

Materials Required

  • Lyophilized Retatrutide vial
  • Bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) or sterile water
  • Alcohol swabs (70% isopropyl)
  • Sterile syringe and needle (1–3 mL)
  • Microcentrifuge (recommended)
  • PPE (gloves, goggles, lab coat)

Standard Reconstitution Protocol

Step 1: Preparation

  • Equilibrate vial to room temperature (10–15 min)

Step 2: Centrifuge

  • Brief spin at 3,000–5,000 rpm for 30 seconds

Step 3: Vial Preparation

  • Swab rubber stopper with alcohol; allow evaporation

Step 4: Solvent Addition

  • Inject solvent against inner glass wall — NOT directly onto powder

Step 5: Dissolution

  • Gently swirl until fully dissolved
  • DO NOT vortex or shake vigorously

Step 6: Inspection

  • Clear solution = complete reconstitution

Reconstitution Volume Table
