Retatrutide (GLP-1R/GIPR/GCGR Triple Agonist)¶
Product Overview¶
Retatrutide is a synthetic 39-amino-acid triple receptor agonist peptide engineered to simultaneously interact with three distinct receptor systems: glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R), glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide receptor (GIPR), and glucagon receptor (GCGR). This multi-agonist architecture differentiates Retatrutide from earlier incretin-focused compounds by enabling researchers to examine how multiple hormonal pathways influence metabolic regulation simultaneously.

Quality Assurance¶
Each batch is tested using validated analytical methods: - HPLC purity analysis at 214 nm - LC-MS molecular weight confirmation (±0.5 Da) - UPLC chromatographic profiling - Water content by Karl Fischer (KF) - Endotoxin testing (LAL method) - Batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) - Third-party analytical validation available upon request
Reconstitution Protocol¶
- Equilibrate vial to room temperature (15–25°C).
- Briefly centrifuge to collect powder at vial bottom.
- Add bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) against inner wall.
- Swirl gently — DO NOT vortex or shake vigorously.
- Clear solution = complete reconstitution.
- Recommended concentration: 1–5 mg/mL.
